This delightful cottage has been converted from a barn and is situated 150 feet from the road behind the owners own property in the quiet village of Hindolveston . It has been tastefully furnished and is equipped to a very high standard, including storage heating in winter. The cottage has its own adjoining garden, with garden furniture. There is fitted carpeting throughout, with the exception of the bathroom, kitchen and entrance porch which has fitted vinyl. The property has been double glazed.
 
The cottage sleeps two plus two:-
ENTRANCE PORCH - containing an automatic washing machine and tumble drier. There are also coathooks in this area.   Cottage Kitchen / Dinner
   
KITCHEN/DINING AREA - has fitted units and is equipped with an electric cooker with timer, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric kettle and adequate kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Dining area has a dining table and chairs  
   
BATHROOM - is situated behind the Kitchen/ Dining area and comprises of a bath with power shower above, wash basin and WC.

LOUNGE - colour television, a sofa bed, two Fireside chairs and a nest of tables  
   
BEDROOM - has a double bed, a bedside cabinet with lamp, a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The cottage is owner-supervised, therefore providing on-hand assistance and information to ensure an enjoyable holiday. Lettings are available throughout the year, with short-term and weekend breaks during the winter.

Please note: Duvets complete with covers are provided, but sheets, pillowcases, towels and teacloths are not supplied. The accommodation is non-smoking.
